Dear citizens,

We inform you that the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Damascus will hold Consular Days at the “Fairmont Amman” Hotel in Amman, on March 5th and 6th, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (address: Hotel Fairmont Amman, 5th Circle Abdoun, Beirut Street 6, Amman 11183, Jordan).

In this regard, we are sending a public invitation to Serbian citizens residing in Jordan to contact the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Damascus, in order to register for certain consular services.

The following consular services will be carried out on Consular Days in Amman as the following:

- Issuing an emergency travel document /41 Euro /

- Registration of marriage /14 Euro/ and birth of children and registration of children in the birth registry /9 Euro/

- Legalization of public documents (certificates, attestations, diplomas, etc.). /44 Euro/

- Submission of applications for admission to the citizenship of the Republic of Serbia /67-75 Euro/

- Authorization of signatures on private documents (statements, powers of attorney, consents…) /41 Euro/

- Conscriptions into the military records /2 Euro/ and

- Registration fact of death of a citizen of the Republic of Serbia abroad. /11 Euro/.

Please double check that you have obtained the necessary documentation required for a particular consular service.

The documentation necessary for the registration of the birth of a child and the registration of a marriage, as well as for registration in the records of citizens of the Republic of Serbia, must first be properly legalized, translated into Serbian language by an authorized sworn translator, and the translation must be legalized (each foreign document, as well as the translation of the foreign document in the Serbian language must have the stamp of the authority that issued that document, the stamp of the Ministry of Justice of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the basis of which we perform the verification - legalization, affixing the stamp of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia).

Please bring the exact amount of the fee for each consular service. Fees are paid exclusively in euros or dollars.
